We are an 100% owned subsidiary of the global Cargo Services Group (CSG), which gives us the depth of network to provide the most outstanding service to all our customers by listening to their needs and developing leaders who are passionate about doing this.

Founded in 1989 in Hong Kong, the Cargo Services Group has grown to become a leading international supply chain service provider. With one of their first International customers being the Woolworths Group of Australia in 1990, Cargo Services quickly established itself with a reputation in the retail logistics space, being known for adding value through origin consolidation, pick-and-pack programs, vendor and freight management as well as consultancy.The group still handles services for Woolworths today.
In 2006, CS Logistic Solutions (CSLS) was established in Australia to support the upstream activities of the group. Securing the services for Myer a year later, and Harris Scarfe a short time after that, CSLS quickly established itself in its own right in the Australian retail logistics market.
In 2013, CSLS moved into the contract logistics (3PL) space in Australia, establishing warehousing in both Sydney and Melbourne. Focused on retail clientele, and particularly in the growing ecommerce space, CSLS continued its journey towards being a true end-to-end supply chain service provider. In 2015, CSLS added further warehouses in both Sydney and Brisbane.
In 2017, CSLS grew to over 100,000 sqm in warehousing nationally, managing e-fulfilment operations for many growing Australian and International fashion retailers. We also established our own transport division through majority investment in CS Transport Solutions (CSTS), focused on time specific deliveries to retail outlets.
In August 2018, CSLS opened its new flagship facility in Truganina, Victoria, allowing for further growth of our network.
Today, we continue to strive for excellence, invest in our people and focus on a technology-enabled supply chain® that will ensure we keep at the forefront of our industry.

Safety is how we begin our day and end our night. We want to ensure that our people return home safe every night to their family and friends. To do this we work on building a safety culture throughout our business so that teams develop this in everything they do. To support that, we have multiple programs lead by our National Compliance Manager and the Leadership team to continuously drive our safety culture. We strive to implement robust safety practices and continue to invest in and implement best practice safety management tools to aid us to achieve this goal. Such things include; Vault Management, Weekly metrics and Toolbox meetings.

We support our quality focus by educating our teams, providing policies and processes and through focus on continuous improvement throughout the business.
