HR Adviser

CS Logistic Solutions is a national company specialising in the facilitation of supply chain management and international logistic solutions and services. With sites and distribution centres in 3 major cities, we are the market leader in retail logistics, partnering with some of Australia’s biggest brands.

With continued expansion, this position will be influential in supporting the people management processes throughout the organisation. The ideal candidate will be confident in their HR capabilities and be able to bring recommendations to the organisation about how people strategies can be further developed whilst assisting line managers on any performance or capability issues. If you are a high performing HR generalist with demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities’ include;

  • Point of contact for HR related queries for front line employees.
  • Responsible for coordination (distribution, collation and storage) of all employee related documents
  • Front line recruitment functions which includes posting advertisements, screening and short listing candidates on behalf of the respective managers.
  • Maintaining the company training register and assisting with training coordination as required
  • Point of contact for payroll enquiries/liaising with Finance or outsourced provider accordingly.
  • Coordination of all induction processes and related compliance obligations
  • Coordinate CSLS Culture Committee – and drive any events or activities through the organisation.


To be successful in this position you:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Have a sound knowledge of award interpretation and workplace legislation
  • Have developed strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Understand the payroll process
  • Are able to demonstrate advanced Word and intermediate Excel skills
  • Have the skills for negotiation and conflict resolution (highly regarded)
